ADHD in IB

How did you cope with a serious ADHD while in IB/M&A.
As an ambitious person, you may have sailed through studies, studying at your own time/pace and getting things done how you want. However in corporate where things are expected differently; how did you manage.

Surprised you were able to break in with ADHD haha. Ive been medicated since middle school and i cant live without it

I think what you're trying to say is you're surprised he broke in with ADHD while not on medication.

ADD (was diagnosed before the H) and OCD Just find a thing you love

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

ADHD and OCD here. Create as many organization systems as you can and then follow them like a religion. Calendar everything, read every slide towards for understanding, backwards for grammar/spelling, and then forwards again for both. Do the zero inbox rule (zero emails left in inbox by end of day [if possible ofc]). Also get medicated and if you have time some therapy focused on ADHD
