Advice for uni student

Hello everyone, I am currently a first year Law and Commerce student at the University of Sydney majoring in finance. I intend on pursuing a career in finance and not law. After one law class I already feel as if law is not for me - I do not like reading nor am i as passionate about this subject as other people in my class. I only took law as i got in and heard finance firms look highly upon law graduates + parental pressure. However I did do moderately well in math during highschool (E4 in 3u and 4u math for reference) and was thinking of changing law to a science (majoring in smth like math or stats). Would this be looked upon favourably in finance? I need to pick a major and minor from either financial maths and statistics or stats or maths, which one would you recommend?
