Advice: try to get better at golf

My director enjoys golf and likes to take analysts to the golf course here and there, especially in the summer, but I barely know how to golf. I think it’s highly important to learn

I used to suck and shoot mid 100's...in 1 year started breaking 80 and in 2 years started breaking par. 1) Is you need a top instructor (probably 200-250/lesson) 2) get a putting mat and some other tools to make sure your putting stroke is good 3) practice your short game for at least 1 hr/day 4) you need to do specific drills at the range at least 15 hrs/week 5) Work on your chipping technique/putting (biggest thing that will help your score) 6) just be consistent, it is a grind and the only way to get better is to get lessons at least twice a month and go to the range every day. 7) Only play 18 once a month, after you have the fundamentals down 8) It's completely worth the grind and is an addicting game

Lmao I used to...haven't taken it serious for a couple years now bc have been so busy but want to get back into it this summer. Really the biggest thing you need is time imo. A great instructor + hard work never fails though. And clubs really don't matter at OP's level
