Any chance SA offers will be rescinded?

I may be joining the mob of the mass hysteria, but is there any chance SA jobs that have been accepted could be rescinded in a time of such volatility and economic decline? My assumption was that employers have already budgeted a specific amount for SA’s and the ppl who will be affected are underperformers and BO. I’m moving across the country for mine and have secured housing so I’m pretty cautious right now.
