If you're working and on the bike cycling at the same time, burning calories, it is winning.

I would recommend wearing tri/biker shorts just because if you cycle for a few hours, it may be a pain in the ass. You could do a slow pace even for a few hours and you'll start to get lean super quick. Have lots of liquids around and gels if needed.

Yeah Zwift is awesome - I did a 40min ride today with Brevet.
