Anyone cycle while working?
Does anyone have any clever set ups where you can ride a bike on an indoor trainer while also turning some thicc comments? I know Wahoo sells one but not really trying to drop $300 on a desk of avoidable

I've done it before on calls where I know I don't need to participate but too distracting when doing desktop work
Yeah I'm definitely considering it more for calls with minimal need to participate but still need something to put my laptop/keyboard on to respond to random emails/pings that come through
You're taking your comment from your VP or MD too litterally. When he asks to "spin your wheels" it's to deliver not to actually cycle.

If you're working and on the bike cycling at the same time, burning calories, it is winning.
I would recommend wearing tri/biker shorts just because if you cycle for a few hours, it may be a pain in the ass. You could do a slow pace even for a few hours and you'll start to get lean super quick. Have lots of liquids around and gels if needed.
Oh yeah I plan to wear my bib while riding and try to do 1-1.5 hour zwift workouts during calls. The desk will be nice to use to answer pings and emails during rest intervals
