Anyone else here work out an extra hour everyday at the gym non-stop after putting in 100+ hours at the office?

Just wondering. I work 100+ hours per week combined at the office/out of the office and I still go to the gym after work every day and put in at least an extra hour per day doing presses/curls/pulls ups. Anyone else?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, maintaining a consistent workout routine while working 100+ hours a week is definitely a challenge, but it's not unheard of. Many professionals in demanding roles prioritize fitness as a way to manage stress and maintain energy levels. However, the key is to be strategic about your approach.

For example, one popular strategy is reclaiming 30-minute blocks during the workweek for quick workouts. If your office has a gym or shower, you can squeeze in 20 minutes on the treadmill, elliptical, or stairmaster, or even do a quick burpee or med ball complex. On weekends, dedicating 90 minutes for compound lifts and proper warm-ups can help you stay on track without sacrificing too much of your limited free time.

The idea is to focus on efficiency and consistency rather than sheer volume. If you're managing an hour of gym time daily after such long hours, that's impressive, but make sure you're also prioritizing recovery and avoiding burnout.

What the fuck kind of MD puts in 100 hour weeks?

Also, do you like, sleep, or like, eat, or shower? That's 15 hours a day on average of just working and working out. Like, how do you like, exist?
