Anyone else hate how this dude is vilified in A Christmas Carol? I am watching it right now (with George C Scott) and it is just bullshit how this guy is made out to be some monster for running a good business, providing market wages to his employee and then being held responsible for Bob Cratchit's personal decisions.
Maybe Scrooge is a little miserable, but I would be miserable also if I had to support and economy as a small business owner. Seems to me that we should celebrate a fiscally responsible person who chooses to limit reproduction.

I agree to an extent. But I think 20 years after RP gets elected, we will be considering Robin Hood a hero again- or at least liking the reformed scrooge more than the "miser".
