This is super off topic, but has anyone experienced this as well. I am fairly pale and in an interview setting my face becomes hot and red.
I’ve been through dozens of interviews over the years just annoying to deal with this.

It's an anxiety / pressure thing. I don't think it's a huge deal, just something that goes away with time and practice. From the other side I don't care if you get red as long as you're not flustered or bombing questions
Yep, happened to me all the time during my internships. My face gets red all the time, doesn’t matter as long as you don’t let it mess you up!
My face gets super red but I still stay under control. Over time it will get easier and easier
Go tanning, get that nice bronze.
Or take more time to practice / role play, so you get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Worst case, get yourself some beta blockers to take the edge off.
