Hey guys,
Wondering if any of you would be willing to share your excel template for gym exercise progression tracking. Even if it's super simple, would love to get a few samples to get an idea of the best way to do this. I want to be able to write down and track my progression for reps/weight by exercise and then eventually chart it to see the progression visually over a longer period of time, while minimizing bad data resulting from change in exercises, etc.
