Hey guys,
Wondering if any of you would be willing to share your excel template for gym exercise progression tracking. Even if it's super simple, would love to get a few samples to get an idea of the best way to do this. I want to be able to write down and track my progression for reps/weight by exercise and then eventually chart it to see the progression visually over a longer period of time, while minimizing bad data resulting from change in exercises, etc.
Appreciate any input/sample sheets!

Hey man, absolutely recommend you use this site for your needs, (and anyone else too who is tracking their progress using very crude means), I've been using it for years now. It generates visuals amongst many other variables and helps collate years of progress into one compact site
Perfect site for you, then
Cheers thanks so much! This is exactly what I was searching for.
