Anyone have stories about restarting/starting your life in your late 20s/early 30s?

Stupid question, but just want to hear some stories and anecdotes of people restarting life at 26-29 and making it out alright. Mainly approaching the title from the topic of married early 20s, and wondering if anyone 26-29 has gone through a divorce and made it out on the other side.

Slowly starting to progress to mid-level/senior in my career. I feel very fulfilled and excited about my career opportunities, responsibilities, growth. I'm happy with my routine and physique, and I have a great work life balance while stepping on the gas when necessary to get things done in my current role. But I'm wondering if I didn't spend enough time figuring out who my life partner should be as everything else falls into place.

Had a few core family members pass away a few years ago and I felt a rush to get engaged/married to my then partner, and the relationship hasn't been the same since. Would like to hear some stories of people who pretty much restarted/started their lives again in their early 30s or went through some serious reflection period in their late 20s before taking risks and seeing if the grass really is greener.
