Broome St. is arguably the best dorm. It's in Soho, easy access to the 456 and NQR, great bars and clubs and restaurants and shopping. Full of girls too, you'll probably be in the only male room on your floor.

I heard back today too. Looks like I'm in Carlyle court. Anyone know anything about it?

Carlyle is one of the Union Square dorms, not a bad building, not the best either. Few NYU kids there in the summer, so if you like that, great, otherwise, no access to film/arts girls who spend half the day in their dorm.
I heard back yesterday also and got Greenwich Hotel hall. Ad Esse do you know what Greenwich is like?
Crappy. Not bad in terms of space or amenities, one of the nicer actually, but it's in the lower West Village and pretty far from any real subway lines. You'll have to walk something like 5 or 10 minutes east to get the NQR or 456 to get you into Midtown.
