I'm an incoming IB analyst in the city, originally from the Bay so I like the area. Looking at Marina/Pac Heights/Russian Hill/North Beach, and I'm looking for a 2 bedroom around 4800-5200. My roommate is in tech and already around the area. Would be really nice having some amenities (a decent gym would be great). Thanks a ton.
