Are the upper echelons of finance all white?

There is much more diversity in ivy leaue schools and analyst programs now than the 80s but what about when it comes to real power on wall street, the VPs, partners, and CEOs of high finance?

Yeah, definitely mostly white.. But I'd of course bet that it'll slowly become more diverse in accordance with the larger amount of diversity in higher-education institutions.
