Avoiding the Junk Box

Something I am fond of is cold calling and cold emailing (for internships, coffee, etc). Calling is easy because you usually won’t get skerted by some robot saying you seem like junk but the email robot just might.

So what are some tips to avoid your email getting sent directly to the junk box when you’re emailing professionals? I use my school email as it seems to be more professional than a personal email.
