Bank of America Dropping the Merrill Lynch Name

Pretty surprised to see this happening. Kind of sad since the Merrill Lynch name represents like the end of that era for Wall Street. I always thought keeping it for their IB/PWM arms was smart, but apparently they disagree. I imagine ML employees, especially those who were there before the acquisition, will be pretty bitter about this. What do you all think of this?
