Banking stress and workspace connection
Idk if this can be here I'm working on my thesis research and I'm studying how workspace design affects the well-being and performance of millennials working in , particularly during high-pressure periods.
I'm specifically looking for millennials who work or have worked in banking and have experienced those intense, high-stress work periods.

The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 5-10 minutes. Participants will be sharing insights about their workspace environment, stress levels, and how design elements impact their daily work experience.
This research could genuinely help shape better workplace environments for people in high-pressure industries, so every response is incredibly valuable.
