Ben Simmons - No Dunk

I am a Sixers fan and have defended Ben Simmons all year by saying he is very good at other things like passing, rebounding and defense, which is all true.  I have taken a lot of shit for defending him.  Even before the playoffs, half of the Philly fans have wanted to get rid of him.  I defended him all the way up to the first three quarters of game 7 against the Hawks.

For those of you who watched the fourth quarter of the Sixers game 7 loss to the Hawks, 6'10 Simmons literally had the ball in front of the hoop, with only 6'1 Trae Young standing about a couple of feet from him.  Why would a 6'10 athletic basketball player not dunk the ball in that scenario.  Let's assume he has psychiatric issues.  Even an athletic 6'10 basketball player with psychiatric issues could place a ball in a hoop with no one in front of him.  He passed to Thybulle.  Embiid called him out on it on the floor and I think Curry also raised his arms in disbelief.  I do understand it at all.  None of it makes any sense.

Well even though his offense seems to be regressing at least he gets an inch taller every year

I’m a fun guy. Obviously I love the game of basketball. I mean there’s more questions you have to ask me in order for me to tell you about myself. I'm not just gonna give you a whole spill... I mean, I don't even know where you're sitting at
