Bermuda Shorts

Why don't more people rock Bermuda shorts on Wall Street or on the East Coast. It gets hotter than it is in Bermuda. In Bermuda you can wear these in formal or informal settings. You don't have to wear the long socks. Also loafers are like oxfords in Bermuda especially in the summer doesn't matter if you are an intern or a CEO most people wear them. http://bernews.com/2018/05/fox-news-island-has-ma…

I read an article awhile ago that I can't find saying how in the 2004 Olympics, the delegates of Bermuda and Saudi Arabia were both sharing an elevator, both dressed in their traditional garbs. The Saudi Arabian delegate told the Bermudian delegate that he was hosting a party and was extending an invitation, but not if he was going to wear the shorts.

I feel like these would definitely work in Florida where it's humid 24/7, but anywhere else it just looks a little ridiculous, however practical it may be.

What makes it a Bermuda short? The dumb socks?

I have a variety of pink shade shorts that sit slightly above the knee. Wear them all the time, no issues.
