I can't think of one that tops the list, but I do recall Eminem's first show at Hammerstein. I can see it clear as day, some suburban white girl on who knows what drugs doing the Shenaynay "no u di'nnnnt" to some equally fucked up Of Mice and Men looking hillbilly. Dude dropped her like third period French as "I never meant to give you mushrooms girl" played in the background.
Went to a lovely rendition of the nutcracker at the Boston Opera House a few christmas's back. Quite gorgeous. The steak dinner before made it particularly fulfilling overall.
