That restructuring group is probably doing pretty well.
Aside from the obvious group: RX, you have to imagine that HC groups are going to have some decent activity for the next 12-36 months from both a short term (vaccine, viral drugs, and other development and ensuing M&A) and a long term perspective (structural changes to US healthcare, more required hospital beds, hospital mergers, etc.)
Tech is doing well considering the larger tech companies have a lot of net cash (more M&A and industry consolidation) whereas the smaller tech companies need financing to weather the storm (refin/recaps/restructurings) or are getting acquired at cheaper multiples (M&A as above).
