Where does bankers work-out in NYC? How to reachout to them?

Yeah typically Equinox. There are Equinox hot spots for bankers like the Wall St. location at certain times and midtown as well.
I think racquetball clubs or squash are popular for a select few. I used to work near a racquetball club in the east 50s, I think its popular with bankers, but I only play tennis, not really racquetball or squash. My brother played squash in college though, he was good.
MorganStanley has a good gym in the 1585 Broadway building...and their physical therapist is top notch.
When do people go to the gym? I'm used to doing workouts at 6pm or so, but that sort of schedule may not hold up
I usually workout in the AM and then again at night/late aft if I can. 30 min + 30 min. Light session in the AM and then heavy later.
Up at 5-5:30, work out in the gym in my building for 30-45 mins, at the office by 7-7:30. If I miss a morning workout I cram it in at night around 9. Proximity to the office is crucial.

Yeah, I go to four gyms and every Sunday I typically go for a leisurely swim, then a casual bike in rasta socks, followed by a light jog to cool down.
