Best Intern Bars in Chicago
I'm a big fan of going to Old Town/Gold Coast, but the crowd there is typically older, upper 20s. What are some good bars/areas to go to in Chicago?

Sidetrack in Wrigley is a good spot
I have heard Roscoe’s goes even harder
Check out 1948 N Halsted....used to be a great spot. Very popular with interns on a night out.

Great list. Benchmark definitely the intern watering hole. Ez on IDs if you’re 21
All the interns are typically out in Wrigley or Old Town. Wrigley is almost always recent college grads but old town definitely gets a mix of older people like you noticed. River North ain’t what it’s hyped up to be since the clubs attract trashy crowds nowadays. Lincoln Park is a hit or miss but honestly there’s never a lot going on in the summer when the DePaul crowd is gone, plus you have to watch out for high schoolers popping up in bars.

Halligans in Lincoln Park
Boss bar in River North
