seconded on the sound quality and noise cancellation of the XM5s, only thing is the microphone on those are very bad so note that...
I've heard that Bose has the best noise cancellation tech around
I tried both (in and out of the office) and went through credible reviews before.
There is quite a difference in noise cancelling favouring the XM5 which is not surprising when comparing the release dates for the headphones (Bose 700 in 2019 / Sony XM5 in 2022). Hope that helps :)
