So basically you haven't tried cocaine...

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

When you wake up try 4 grams of acetyl L carnitine with 1- grams of Alpha GPC along with black coffee. Make sure you get DHA Omega 3 on a regular basis too. You can also try a blend of Huperzine A, Phosphatidylserine, and Vinpocetine.

Lmao you're a sucker if you're paying for "nootropic supplements:. Stay hydrated and figure out a good balance of caffeine intake. Adderall, unless prescribed, is a more short-term solution to getting in the zone. I've taken addy in college as well as a first year analyst a few years ago for work and it really fucks you in the longer term given the comedown can be vicious. Yes it feels great in the moment and you have that razor focus but honestly just drink a shit ton of water and have some black coffee cuz at least those don't make you feel like shit until you reup

I've had the exact same experience with it - even if I take it early in the morning, it messes with my sleep, which kicks off the vicious cycle. I've never tried rit or concerta tho - curious whether those are any better in that regard
