Best UK Current Account?
Hi everyone,
I'm moving to the UK for a new job next month, and I need a recommendation on which bank to open a current account with. I see that Starling is being praised all over and their offer seems quite reasonable - has anyone had any experience using them as their main bank?
Alternatively, I liked the Club Lloyds account, any thoughts?

Moneysavingexpert is a well respected (may as well be government) website for all things personal finance in the UK. You'll find what you need on there. There's no real best account.
Fyi sometimes current accounts are just called bank accounts.

I use Monzo.
I use others too like BOS. your balance is only covered up to £80k in each acct in case the firm face financial/liquidty issues.
you can use Goldmans service (Martin/marvin or something corny like that) to deposit @ ~1% interest
