Best Value Investing Books Not Available in PDF
I'm going on a shopping spree on Amazon right now and am trying to get all the great value investing books not available in PDF form on google. So far I've got:
One Up On Wall Street
Berkshire Hathaway Letters to Shareholders (1965-2013)
Fooling Some of the People All of the Time
Common Stocks and Uncommon Profits
What else should I put in my shopping cart?
I have all of those in pdf....
I'm really enjoying The Manual of Ideas right now, I'm not sure if there's a PDF around though.
phenomenal book. you might be able to get it through your school library in pdf form? mine has it.
I know people love Phil Fisher and Warren Buffett says he's 15% Fisher, but I really was not a fan of that book. I also think the annual letters to shareholders is another one that's not an essential. I like his interpretation of financial statements as well as Hagstrom's The Warren Buffett Way. I also like the little book of Value Investing, I think by Chris Browne.
also, if you don't care about buying used, buy through thriftbooks or alibris, you'll save a ton.
Check out Margin of Safety by Seth Klarman
you may have read the thread backwards, he's looking for books in print that are NOT available in pdf. considering that Margin of Safety costs several thousand dollars for a print copy, I'm sure there are pdf's out there.
Yea that's why I suggested that book, I don't think there actually is a PDF copy because of its age and price.
