Biden failed to mention Iran in his speech and White House says: "No confirmation of Iran’s role in Hamas attack.”

Biden ripped for not mentioning Iran by name in speech on Hamas attacks: ‘Utterly irresponsible and weak’ | Fox News

Are we acting weak or do we need rock solid proof to point the finger at Iran?

You do not want to escalate this into an actual Iran-US/Israel war this early. Israel can wipe the Hamas off the map but that is what Iran wants. They know a brokered deal between Israel-Saudi Arabia along with the US allowing SA to develop a nuclear program is detrimental to their hold of the Middle East. They want chaos and Israel to look like the aggressor militarily. We may have to defend countries on multiple fronts across the world very soon. If Iran accelerates involvement further, we know the US will be ready to squash them.

Because even officials in the IDF (e.g. IDF Major Niv Dinar) have stated there is no confirmed data to support any claim that Iran was involved with this recent attack by Hamas. Shooting off at the mouth about that type of stuff is exactly how politicians needlessly escalate a regional conflict into all out war. Fox is run by Neocons who have wanted war with Iran for over 20+ years though, so it's unsurprising this is what they immediately choose to focus on.

There is no benefit to us pointlessly plunging the Middle East into another war, no one here is eager to ship back out to sandy land to fight in countries where we aren't welcomed. Hamas is literally boxed into a region roughly the size of Detroit and the IDF announced they are conducting aggressive ground operations to root them out, since confirming something like 2 dozen targets (i.e. buildings) have been neutralized in the space of ~12 hours. Hamas has signed their own death warrant and ensured even worse treatment of their own people going forward. They would rather fight and lose than negotiate, so now everybody gets to lose something. If other Muslim countries/organizations don't involve themselves soon this conflict is over within the week. If they do, then things get really ugly and everybody loses even more.

Too early to tell and we don’t want to piss off more people then we have to.

The idea is to de-escalate tension, not provoke more heads. Diplomacy will solve what is going on right now, so I am assuming that’s what the WH and POTUS is doing.

No pain no game.

A war criminal that called in drone strikes on numerous civilian targets (e.g. weddings) and knowingly killed a US child without charge or trial should stand in the corner and eat a big bowl of shut the fuck up.

Edit: If you're tossing shit at this you're an idiot that supports murderous war mongers that wear tan suits, congratulations!
