CF Big 4 is a one step down from IBD (your job is similar, but you'll work with smaller deals). I'm an intern at CF Big 4. Exit opp is similar to IBD, you can go PE/HF but I reckon it will be harder, then make sure you network like crazy and get into a top 10 MBA. Or if you're on dat Big 4 partner life it could be sweet too.

I don't know about Deloitte/PwC Strat but maybe it's also a step down from MBB. Then I guess you the exit opps are similar to consulting (not my area of knowledge).
