Big Tech x Elite Universities -- How Important is College?

Pretty interesting piece from Scott Galloway on the future of the country's top schools and the social/personal effects of a shifted university experience on life down the line:

Especially from those of you 5+ years out of school, I'm curious to hear, how have you seen the personalities/social skills of college grads change since you graduated?

Galloway's point about the widening accessibility of education and simultaneous "reduction in humanity" from the increasing concentration of only the wealthiest enjoying an on-campus education struck me in particular -- I wonder (and somewhat worry) what effects this has on first years a decade from now, if many/most people will no longer have had that "safe and joyous" environment of a college campus to go through so many of those formative experiences over those years before entering the workplace
