Kinda cheating to include branch bankers in your “Wall Street” benchmarking. I doubt BAML/Citi IBD is that high.

But that is a troubling lack of diversity. Wall Street banks should definitely give a detailed ethnic (and maybe religious?) breakdown of employees so we can see if any groups are significantly underrepresented or overrepresented. Would be scandalous if any group were, perhaps, 10x or 20x plus overrepresented.
