Is he completely crazy? I don't think so, I think he's a very greedy/resourceful guy.
He saw an opportunity to get rich off of the Obama appointment, but he dropped the ball. Now he will most likely get impeached... I don't know if he will serve any jail time, I think its unlikely, but I could be wrong.
I think he is frequenting talk shows to get a lot of PR, which he is, in preparation for probably a book deal which will come about after the impeachment proceedings. He was hoping to get 500K for the senate seat, he will surely make more than 500K for a tell all memoir after this circus is over. That what all this media coverage is for, and thats why he is making everything as controversial and blatantly ridiculous as possible.
Blago is also firing warning shots across the bows of all the other filthy Chicago politicians (which is all of them). By grandstanding and showing that he has a willing audience, he's warning them not to fuck with him because he knows where the bodies are buried.
Sure glad we have a man in the Oval Office who came from that cesspool.
