Bocconi Vs Semi Target UK undergrad

Choosing between Bocconi and a UK semi target undergrad, looking to work in London IB. Does anyone know how much of an advantage going to Bocconi would be as a non-Italian speaker over a semi target + what the culture at Bocconi is like for an international student. I am a UK citizen if that changes anything.
