Sad news but I hope it’s a wake up call to kids on instagram who follow people like this. It’s not natural to be so jacked and lean. It’s literally impossible to look like that without steroids and other supplements.
Zyzz was the OG and had 100x more personality than the bodybuilders today. This guy grew on me, and I like that dyzel guy (jacked and is like the friendly older gym bro), but he was nowhere near Zyzz level.
When my gym was being renovated I used a public gym. So many kids doing “tiktoker” stuff and moving no weight at all.

Genuinely curious for anyone that knows - does steroid use cause aneurysms or is it more likely that this was just a rare event unrelated to the juice?
Aneurysm can be triggered by high blood pressure. Steroids depending on what you take, usually cause high blood pressure.

a guy at my gym had a pulmonary artery aneurysm due to steroid use. luckily it didn't rupture and he made it out alive.

I heard commentators say that he was on relatively low dosages these days, but the combo with the extreme low body fat seems risky to me. Perhaps we will find out in the future what actually caused it.
