Look at every massive product defect in manufacturing that has had a serious fault involved with it. The ultimate faulty component (if it wasnt a design flaw, which it nearly never is), was ALWAYS manufactured in China.

that was an error caused by incorrect following of procedure (like the air france thing that went down). safety inspectors doing their job would have seen it (hell even a passenger saw it).
