Funniest

I bought a company I once worked at just so I could fire my old boss.

My first boss was nice enough, but she was pretty terrible at managing a team (unorganized, no communication, no training, etc). On the first work-day of the new year I was told I would be transitioning to a new manager. A week later my old boss was let go. This was super beneficial for me and my career as my new boss was a great manager and took me under his wing.

At a previous firm, one of our producers was absurdly incompetent and a pain to work for. Wasted her and my time by painstakingly poring over every little detail of stupid deals that I knew portfolio management would never touch. Shortly after I left she was stripped of all of her producer responsibilities and is basically just a glorified analyst now. Funniest part? The person who replaced her was a part of her original analyst class, left the company and then came back to become her boss.
