BTG Pactual's CEO is arrested in Rio

It does not explain the whole corruption scheme that is happening in Brazil right now (once I find a good article about this in english I'll share), but brings good question about the "moral principles" in C-level jobs. What's WSO opinion on this? Do you guys think that once you get to a certain level your job becomes more "political biased", hence more susceptible to collaborate in big schemes?
