Cadillac Ciel Concept
Nothing to do with finance, but had to post this cause it is boss. Probably would never make production though.

Really retro 50's look to it. Pretty cool.
Yea, car companies usually fuck up the retro look, but they did a pretty baller job here
They said the Cadillac CTS Coupe would never reach production either..and that car is absolutely smoking hott
Damn, that is awesome. I would drive one in a heartbeat.

Trying too hard to be a Rolls-Royce Drophead. Lame.
The new CTS-V Coupes are amazing.
Very cool. Did you guys look at the slideshow? What is going on with that girl's seatbelt?
It's a cashmere blanket that stretches across the seating area.

Not as interested in the aesthetics as I am the power plant. 3.6 DI Twin-turbo 6 fitted with a L-ion battery? I'm listening...
Ever since the unveiling of the 03 CTS, Cadillac has been a game changer in terms of design and general awesomeness. The SRX, new CTS and CTS Coupes, not to mention the V series. This is about the only thing GM has gotten right
Agree, Cadillac is definitely coming back with all these great designs. Shame that they killed the XLR, that was a nice car too.
Chevy is also improving with the Camaro outselling the Mustang for the first time in 25 years. The Cruze is also a nice compact car. Not sure how the Volt is doing but I've hardly seen any on the road.
^^^This. Until they started the redesign of their entire line I never liked Cadillacs, now they're some of the most beautiful cars out there.
^Agree again, I love the new Camaro. I like the new stang too, but I feel like they didn't quite keep up with Chevy and Caddy.
I think the look of the new Camaro probably trumps that of the Mustang, but from what I've read and heard, the Mustang wins, hands down, when it comes to fit, finish, quality and performance. Obviously that opinion is subjective and maybe the sales data is a better indicator but it's something to consider.
Regards
I think you're right that the Mustang wins hands down in performance, quality, fit and finish. Ford has been tweaking the mustang to perfection since the new model came out in 2005, whereas the Camaro is a 1st generation vehicle so definitely not as refined. The Camaro interior (particularly the dash) is hideous compared to the Mustang: Camaro: http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2010-chevrolet-camaro-ss/#photo-2… Mustang: http://www.autoblog.com/photos/review-2011-ford-mustang-gt-premium/#pho…
Here's a 57 Nomad convertible. I'm thinking it's the inspiration:
I'm talking purely from an aesthetic point of view, don't really know what they've got under the hood
Oh god, never looked at a picture of the inside. Those rectangles are awful
