I'm a college freshman and I'm trying to find out ways of getting internships.
I'm wondering where do we find the info of if a certain firm recruits at a certain college. I can search up "[ib name campus recruiter]" and there will be a dozen names on linkedin that pop up. How do I know which ones to contact?
Say there are no recruiters that recruit from your school. If I cold call/email another recruiter would that be effective?
