Can Trump do a DCF?

Here is a quote from Donald Trump in the latest Hannity interview.
"The country — we took it over and owed over 20 trillion. As you know the last eight years, they borrowed more than it did in the whole history of our country. So they borrowed more than $10 trillion, right? And yet, we picked up 5.2 trillion just in the stock market," the president said. "Possibly picked up the whole thing in terms of the first nine months, in terms of value. So you could say, in one sense, we’re really increasing values. And maybe in a sense, we’re reducing debt."

Does Trump know how to do a DCF? Would he even pass a PWM interview? Is it all an act? I would like to hear everyone’s thoughts.

"TheEmperor" Because doing a DCF is the ultimate hallmark of intelligence

You are correct.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee
