CFA L1 in college?

Hi! I was wondering if it’s possible to take the CFA Level 1 exam as soon as you finish your junior year in May.

I know that the CFA says that you must be in the final year of college. So, let’s say, if you finish your junior year in college in May of 2021, can you take the May 2021 CFA Level 1 exam?

Technically, you finished your junior year and will therefore be considered a final year student. Would this suffice in the eyes of the CFA? Thanks for any input!
