Chauffeured in Central London

I am seeing a large number of Mercedes S class, BMW 7 series and the likes on the roads of Central London with guys in suits sitting in the back.

What kind of companies drive around their managers with chauffeur service and how senior you need to be to get this "treatment"?

Yeah I am not sure why but Europe is light years ahead with the plush transport for banker types. In NYC its always a Lincoln Town Car, but in London you see a ridiculous number of chauffeured S-class and 7-Series on the road.

This isn't always true, though to be fair, the majority of "black cars" tend to be lincoln town cars. That being said, I've riden in Lexus, Escalade, Mercedes, etc...
