We have different interpretations on what white pizza means

I used to only like Gouda, molten Mozzarella, and maaayyyybe Parmigiano on my pasta, but I've come a long way and can now appreciate a good Mozzarella á la Caprese or a nice piece of Gruyére as much as anyone.

Carr's crackers (pepper is my favorite) with Brie cheese is goated. Bring some wine and your date will love it.

Those are my top 4. Legit Parmesan is good. I like queso. The wine infused cheeses can be good in tiny amounts.
I hate bleu and Gorgonzola. Hate Brie. Gouda and Muenster are good.
Smoked provolone is delicious but I don’t like regular provolone

Had a great cheese, ham/sausage, and wine centered evening with a bunch of French trad-cath royalists. Man, these blue cheeses really slap when you eat them with a light and fruity white wine.
