I mean, they're still working from home, so the protestors haven't "won" anything.

By doing this you don't give them the satisfaction of pretending they disrupted anything.

You also don't have ridiculous situations where your employees get put into harms way (either actual or perceived) due to the need to get a paycheck.

I'm just thinking, if it were me going into that building, I'm not dealing with that on a daily basis. 

 

Maybe an inconvenience, but not anything dangerous imo.

Friend at Raytheon also talked about how there were daily protestors outside of his office for a while, people just got used to it.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
