Coasting All Summer
Interning at a consulting firm this summer. Working 100% remote. I had maybe 5hrs of work per week + 5-10hrs of meeting in June/early July, but for the last three weeks I’ve genuinely done nothing but sit in on meetings. I haven’t received any tasks and no one questions anything. The couple of things I had to work on either the other interns did most of the work or ChatGPT did. Best part is, I’m getting paid very well and the team loves me. Feels nice man
It's nice but don't shoot yourself in the foot. Full time is (usually) completely different.
