Completely out of my depth at work
I am really struggling at work. I feel out of my depth.
I work in the civil service.
The project I am working on is very complicated and things are changing very quickly. Even the senior guys are feeling the pressure. I am really lost and I feel it's taking me longer than everyone else to grasp the work, My confidence has taken a massive hit.
Has anyone else felt this way?
What steps do I take to improve the situation?
