I love that, I've been out of it for awhile so need to go back in the gym and feel that again. I used to do it a couple years ago and found great success, my problem was just being consistent. I also found doing legs twice a week made them huge though so I need to figure that out more. I haven't read much about PPL overall, but here there's probably a lot of people who've found great success with it. How long have you been doing it?

How do you measure testosterone?

Don't worry about it, you can't measure something you don't have.
