Creeping Horror & Dread (Hinge/Dating/Romance)

Hey Guys, i really need some help with my Hinge profile. I'm willing to DM it to users individually, but I'd rather not post it here publicly. For context, I'm a (recently turned) 29M 6'1 white Western European living in London. I've been on the app for 7 months and I've only gotten around 20 matches and 3 first dates. I actually don't think I'm unattractive at all - I'd honestly say I'm between a 6.5-7.5 depending on skincare/gym/clothes, but I'd say that my photos are of really poor quality and don't actually reflect myself or my (past) lifestyle. The thing is that I've actually had quite an interesting set of holidays/activities/experiences throughout my upbringing (top private/international W European schools) and just over the last few years (California/India/skiing/skydiving/etc.), but because I just downloaded Hinge recently, it had never occurred to me to take any photos of anything for posterity (or for any purpose at all), so it might as well not have happened. Regardless, what would you guys advise that I do to bump up my match rate? Have any of you had any success hiring a professional photographer to photograph you doing various activities (walking in the park, playing tennis, etc.)? My current photos are of basically a. a face shot of myself in sunglasses, b. a faraway photo of me at a cocktail party, c. a close-up of me and a girl a while ago, d. a photo of myself next to a lion, so I honestly think anything would be an upgrade. I also think I'm more fit/attractive now compared to before. Any advice would be appreciated.  As an aside btw, I think it's way, way harder to get solid matches here compared to in Greece/Italy/Spain/Portugal - a Greek 6 whom I would've never given a second glance to growing up is instantly a 7.5 here and is flooded with matches, while the guys I'm competing with here are way more attractive than the guys in those other countries. Whenever I go anywhere else in Europe, I'm stunned by how ugly some of the guys are who end up with veritable bombshells, this would just never happen here!
