Cuban Defends Himself On His Blog

The Mark Cuban fallout has begun. The cool part about being a public figure/NBA owner being charged with insider trading? You can defend yourself via blog postings!

Yet to be seen: a blogosphere defense actually helping someone in the real world. Check out Cuban's public statement just posted on his blog in which he calls the charges a 'gross abuse of prosecutorial discretion.' Is 'prosecutorial' a word? Hell, if while facing all sorts of legal adversity Mark Cuban wants to make up words, let's at least give him that luxury. Also, the comments section of his blog has been left open, so feel free to chime in and let Mark know A.) he has your support B.) you think he is "one you are a hell of man" or C.) he should still buy the Cubs...from jail!
