Babylon Berlin had its moments. Decent watch, would like to see more. The main character is in a post-WW2 German miniseries as well, also on Netflix, that I think his sidekick in BB might also have been in.

Nice - yes I felt the same, believe they got the green light for another season at least.

Interesting, will have to check that one out as well, thanks.

How solid is Peaky Blinders? I've only been recommended it by some of my friends that have shit taste in TV, but it looks pretty good actually so I'll give it a shot.

I was very skeptical of it at first, and to be honest the first episode was not my favorite, but I'm glad I stuck with it. It's got a lot of the same elements in it that I loved about other shows, in my opinion it's sort of like a hybrid between Entourage and Boardwalk Empire, with a little bit more blood/gore/action mixed in.

It's definitely entertaining and I like the cast members a lot which is why I got into it in the first place.

Another good one I just remembered was Frankenstein Chronicles. This one is definitely much more macabre but if you're a Sean Bean fan it's a good one.

Most of what's on TV is fucking trash at the moment. I am watching the slow devolution of Westworld, however. Season 1 showed a lot of promise, S2 is following it up with 10 episodes of slowly-paced facial expression changes interspersed with random time-period-themed shows of blood and guts and relatable family trauma. Add writing alluding to all the current questions surrounding contemporary weak AI, but without any of the buzzwords to make viewers feel smart when they recognize said themes, and WHAM - mainstream science fiction.

Also thought this season was totally lame. Really depressing because I loved the idea. I think TV is also complete trash right now. Haven't seen anything compelling since "The Night Of" and Season 2 of "Master of None". Don't have the time to waste mental cycles on shit TV

That's what I was thinking too. The first episode of the second season was so all over the place and convoluted that it just wasn't worth it to me anymore, sad that it's fallen even more.

I'm trying to watch one episode of Hunting Hitler a day. I'm on season 3. It's fucking insane. History is being re-written right now.

Yeah I learned about Tim Kennedy recently and he's one of my new favorite dudes. Top tier guy

Oh yeah I'm on that one too. Great show I've gotta catch up on Billions. Haven't seen any S3

Used to love Silicon Valley, but it's just not any good w/out Erlich.

Check out The Expanse, SyFy just cancelled it after season three but Amazon immediately picked it up. Some of the best sci-fi TV I've ever seen, a perfect mix of "hard sci-fi" with elements of almost fantasy

Also check out Toast of London, it's a British TV show on Netflix. Super funny if you're into that dry, kind of weird British humor

Westwold All or Noting (the one on the New Zealand All Blacks was really good) Patriot on Amazon (waiting on S2) Better Call Saul Man in the High Castle Still rewatch The Wire
