Dating/ relating as a trader

As a trader, so much of how I operate is "gut" or "instinct"-driven. On a personal level, I really thrive in gray-areas & uncertainty to be successful. I try to approach each day without a strict plan, but an open-mind to the possibilities. I find myself, particularly in the dating world, having trouble reconciling how I operate with women who seem to just NEEED rigidity. This girl got mad at me for not texting her for 1 day, while she knew I was sick & stuck at home (like what is there to report on? I'm stuck). How do those of you who operate in a more "unstructured" way relate to those who absolutely need scheduling & planning to do things? Thanks,
